Our Financial Claims Manager, Dan Brook, comes from a banking background, starting with Bank of Scotland Corporate in 2005. Dan spent a large portion of his career with various banks defending claims as well as working in financial underwriting. In 2015 he moved to the claimant side and began processing various financial claim types including SIPPs, Defined Benefit Pensions, Mortgages and Investments. Attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy are key traits of his work; appreciated by his clients.

Coming from a Treating Customers Fairly culture has meant that Dan always puts himself in the customer’s shoes striving to provide excellent customer service at all times. Since joining Return My Money, Dan has used his vast financial knowledge to assist in training colleagues and ensuring that everyone is up to date with changes in the industry. Return My Money is a trading style of Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Limited. Pinpoint was established in 2011, since then our team have recovered millions for negligence experienced by our customers.
